Downloading and Installing TDS Software

• Click the download TDS Software link on the members page.
• Choose the Run or Open Command to start the download and Install.
• The software will begin to download. Depending on your modem speed this make take 15 minutes or more.
• When the download completes, stay connected to the web and minimize the internet screen.
• Locate the TDS Software icon and double click. (Note: most TDS software updates will install a new full system with blank datafiles if the TDS Software program in question has not been installed).
• Enter your company information and save. (This must be completed for each TDS software program purchased for the first time).
• Please accept License agreement and continue.(Please review the license agreement! By accepting the TDS license you are agreeing to the full TDS Terms and conditions defined in the license agreement).
• If prompted, Confirm Phone, Fax and email information. Click Done button to continue
• Your software will now attempt to register/validate the TDS software license via the internet. Be sure to allow the TDS software to connect through your firewall to obtain the code. Firewall Instructions  
• The program will now register online. This make take a minute.  You will be prompted to continue.
• If you registration fails, you can try again or click the Print Installation Request button and fax to TDS at 877-823-0803.
• You may have other codes to activate optional modules and import the latest tax rates. Look on your members page and click the link for importing tax rates, updating truck limits, etc.
